Dante is a seasoned automotive industry leader with more than 30 years of OEM experience, bringing deep expertise in global engineering, product development, and cross-functional execution. He has held executive-level responsibility for leading large, distributed engineering teams, driving end-to-end delivery across electronic control units (ECUs), systems engineering, electrical architecture, and quality.

Throughout his career, Dante has delivered industry-recognized and award-winning innovations, including advanced features, ECUs, wiring systems, and complex electromechanical solutions. His work has supported multiple high-volume vehicle programs across global markets, consistently meeting demanding performance, quality, and timing targets.

He has repeatedly led major vehicle functions to best-in-class quality, demonstrating a strong commitment to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Dante holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, combining strong technical depth with extensive business and leadership acumen.
